Working Closely with Senior Administration

A strong working relationship between the Board and senior administration is essential to a successful school division. As Chair, I meet regularly with the Superintendent to stay informed about divisional initiatives, emerging issues, and opportunities facing River East Transcona. Through these ongoing discussions, I provide guidance and perspective while ensuring the Board remains connected to the work happening across the division. I am also available at any time to receive updates and provide support during urgent or unexpected situations, helping ensure informed and responsive leadership when it matters most.
