Provincial Leadership in Teacher Bargaining

As Co-Chair of the provincial teacher negotiations team and one of only two trustee representatives at the bargaining table, I played an important role in bringing the perspectives of Trustees, families, and communities from across the province to the negotiations table that led to the historic 2024 provincial teacher agreement.

My extensive knowledge of governance, policy, and public education, combined with my unwavering commitment to students, has made me a respected voice across Manitoba. Continuing in this leadership role on the current negotiations committee, I provide steady, experienced guidance while advocating for fair agreements that support students, educators, and strong public schools.

My ability to balance complex issues with a focus on what matters most to communities makes me a trusted leader at both the local and provincial level.
